The cost of the products were more expensive than anticipated

I wish there was more choice

served by Ella who was extremely pleasant and helpful throughout. Although the store wasn't busy it did seem short staffed as we were hanging around for a while before we found someone who could help. Also the leaflets next to the beds could be more informative, we were looking for dimensions of each bed but we had to check this online each time.

We had no complaints Staff were very helpful and friendly

We were left to browse and approached to ask if we were ok but I wasn't asked specific questions, I had to ask my own questions about the product. Despite this the assistant was pleasant and processed my order ok.

Always room to improve. Took a while to do the interest free credit. I was in the store about 45mins

I was informed that the delivery would be free. However, when I checked the invoice at home, I have been charged £39.00!!!

Took a long time to arrange the interest-free credit, otherwise Highly Satisfied.
