For the price of the items, free delivery would have been nice..

I was charged delivery charge whereas it is free when ordered on line

Assistant forgot prices on 2 occasions and I had to correct her/she checked again. Drill box (possibly with drill inside) was on shop floor, little unprofessional I thought.

Price of bed with a matress was very costly. Also a delivery fee is a dislike due to already high prices of the beds.

We had visited BENSON for beds prior to the visit-And it was their advisor that really sold use the benefits and features of the tempur mattress-we found this advisor to be more knowledgeable-However went with Dreams for the overall package-i.e Price and the product offered

Delivery time of more than a week. My current mattress has gone and my back is killing me.

Waiting 10 minutes to place our order, as not enough computers, but recieved a cup of tea while waiting so wasnt too bad

The fact that the Internet was down and I couldn't get an immediate delivery date and the cost of delivery.

With most things in life I am never Highly satisfied. This is not a reflection on Dreams, product or service. The product that I was looking for was not on display, a Hypnos Milford K Mattress. This was unfortunate as we made a special trip to see and try out this mattress. However, your Colleague Tony, Team Valley Branch, Gateshead, was on hand to advise that this product was available to order. Tony was very helpful, very professional and knowledgeable about your product range. His direct intervention resulted in giving us the confidence to order in store based on testing similar products. Being a cash buyer of over £2000 I was hoping for better discount on the items I purchased although the product is fantastic and worth the money I've paid in viewing
