Overall satisfied but just 1 or 2 minor points missing like full breakdown of costs when working through the final interest free credit statement e.g. full amount payable then working through. Also statement emailed has a different monthly amount to what was discussed in store which we're going to call about.

The finance company process cause a delay in placing the order. This was thought to be due to high numbers of applications.

As I have not yet received the mattress which I purchased, I remain cautious as to wether I am totally satisfied. I have found a similar mattress cheaper online and wonder if I have paid too much.

Just a pointer rather then a complaint. We purchased a TV bed and the size in the broucher is correct for length but the size on the internet and in responses to peoples questions online is wrong. Because of this we had to measure up ourselves and do two trips to the store just to make sure the bed would fit. Not a problem, but this slight error may be causing lost sales as the information provided online is not accurate.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they let us take our time, we was never rushed, they offered us drinks including our 1 year old grandson.
