The experience in store was very good. However the additional charge for assembly was disappointing then the damage caused by your delivery/assembly team was very disappointing. Your companies service once I raised the damage issue was also less than impressive.

After first having researched online I was able to examine the product in store in which I was interested. The assistant (Liam) was also very helpful and appeared knowledgable about the items in question.

Liam Mcdonald was the advisor that looked after me. He was great very helpful and I would have bought extras all because he wasn't pushy and he didn't jump on me as soon as I entered the store. There was a woman working in store who was very pushy and far too loud and customers she approached left without buying. It's time that you took notice of how good Liam is at his job after only being with dreams for 1 year. I nearly spent over £1000 in store yet your stock control let him down as the bed I wanted was on display in the sale yet out of stock and no date for it coming back into stock. Hence I cancelled my matress order and bought elsewhere.

Staff were excellent, helpful and courteous. Red T-shirts emblazoned with "sale" info did not convey a professional outfit. Not exactly fitting in to the " you never get a second xhane to make a first impression", model of sales. Obviously not a local staff issue, rather a HQ insistance, I'd imagine.

1) when I said my budget I was immediately led to more expensive mattresses than I wanted to spend. I actually found the mattress in my budget by chance, when I should have been taken too it. I hope this tactic is one that is coached or encouraged!?
