The bed I wanted was not in stock

Informative staff but not pushy

I visited the store over the weekend and i wanted to order the bed via telephone the following day however due to wanting to pay monthly i had to return to the store which was a little inconvenient.

I wanted to examine the items I was interested in, but they were not carried in store

Customer service was fantastic and very helpful but when telephoned to place order the goods were a lot more expensive, after discussing with lady on telephone she did price match

We went to the store with a number mattresses in mind to buy. We checked each of them and a choice made. We made our selection of the assistants to complete the purchase and left the store. The hard work was done at home on the internet. The store facilitated a physical 'bounce'.

On reflection I probably was highly satisfied - only slight niggle was that the pillows we were offered to try were the most expensive, obviously your staff are there to make a sale, I understand that but a less expensive option could also have been provided. We didn't buy pillows at all in the end

One never be highly satisfied with anything, so that is why I put satisfied. Your assistant was the best and was extremely helpful and very friendly, putting us at ease immediately.

I would normally shop around for the best price of something before making a decision to purchase. We were, however, told that I'd we were to find the same product cheaper anywhere else then the difference would be refunded with £10 extra which gave me the reassurance that I could still check I was getting the best deal. At no time was it mentioned that this mattress was your own brand so there was no way I would find it cheaper anywhere else. This rather annoyed me and for this reason I will not recommend your store to others.
