Only found out the details of 40 day trial period and inability to trade down in matrass price only upwards.

Couldn't get much help cause they needed me to know the measurementsof my bedrooms

I was satisfied overall and highly satisfied with a lot of things asked for.

Needed the bed at a faster delivery then 3 weeks.

The type of mattress I was after were in two different places. Which was a bit strange

Found the mattress choices expensive

There wasn't any incentivisation to buy eg free pillows or mattress protector

I was satisfied with my purchase, I found what I wanted. So I was well satisfied but I can't give it highly satisfied as I have nt constructed or used the product yet so can't be 100% with the quality at the moment. If the bed turns out to really durable and sturdy then I will be highly satisfied

Prices quoted were not competent. Although Store \manager claims to help, the prices quoted and I paid was high
