Would have liked to have a look around first before being approached by sales staff

no body is perfect

Like many stores, it would be nice to browse for a short while before having a sales assistant approach you. Some people find this intimidating, but in this case we knew what we wanted anyway. Other times it can put you off and steer you to the door. A few more minutes to yourself to begin with would be good.

Knew what I wanted the assistant knew straight away when I mentioned an offer I had viewed online took me straight to the item completed the order promptly offered further help and refreshments while completing order

We waited the 15mins to get finance approved, and still it did not get resolved. In the end we got fed up waiting and paid for the product via c/card. Total waste of almost 30 mins in the end.

Staff were really helpful however when making the purchase made several mistakes and transactions where monies needed to be refunded and then I was informed this would take at least 5 working days to go back into my bank. Then we found there was still an item missing from the order so had to make another transaction. Only compensation offered was free delivery.

Sales assistant was extremely helpful and friendly (Rachel) and dealt with my hangover!

Main issue is availability of product. 2nd issue was inconsistency between sales staff and product recommendations- this felt like up selling.

We were happy with the availability, delivery date and the advice and knowledge of Susan the colleague who served us in store and ate sure that our new bed will be all we wanted once it is delivered and we have been able to try it out hopefully getting a good nights rest.

Not enough choice in our price bracket and not enough time given to read the paper work.
