Altogether a good shopping experience. Saleswoman knowledgable but not pushy. I never say highly satisfied as there is ALWAYS room for improvement

5 weeks delivery for a flat pack bed is unacceptable. I was not told this until I had paid for the bed. If I had known this before placing the order then I would not have proceeded with the order.

The store was great and the staff were fantastic, however due to an IT issue I was unable to order in store. The very helpful member of staff had to phone me later that day and I had to give my payment details over the phone.

When i ordered the bed 400 pound was taken off due to blue disability badge holder, i was asked if i wanted the extra cover and i said no as i have home insurance and the manager said he felt uncomfortable letting a high valued item going without cover, even though i said i could not afford it or want it. He said he would add it on for free but when i got home and looked at the bill i feel that i have ended up paying for it and i just feel i have been taken advantage of as i paid in cash. Also i was told that because i took out the insurance that i got a free single bed matress protector, which i thought was a bit tight, you could not give me two of them as it was a king size bed i bought for nearly two and a half thousand pounds, at least half the bed will be protected.

Some sales people were intrusive; we like to be left until we want assistance. Abi gave us lots of space but answered any queries when we approached her.
