The shop assistant was very helpful and the quality of the product is very good. My experience would have been even better if the availability of the product was sooner (at least 3 week wait for the product to be delivered).

delivery time sucks. also the guy was very nice but kind of felt tricked afterwards ad he said he gave me discounts on all the bedding but actually the price was doubled and the discounted prices wernt even cheaper than what it would have been if i bought normally. just left a bad feeling when theres no need really as i owuld have bought them anyway.

Susan, who served us, was friendly, highly efficient and knowledgeable the only thing that let the service down was the fact that at no point was the fee for mattress removal mentioned. I feel this was not your colleague’s fault as she was very knowledgeable, I feel this Isco pant policy as the large board behind the service area also had no mention of any fee attached to this service. This is rather naughty and ketyourfirm down in my eyes. When I did notice once outside the store I went back in to cancel this service (the council will remove for a much cheaper rate!) this was easily cancelled and the money refunded.

Limited space to navigate around the beds with pushchair. Delivery date of just over a month is longer than expected.

I took the option of 2 years interest free credit that was offered. I have a credit rating of 999 on Experian and have never been refused before. Your assistant asked a lot of personal questions regarding our finances and told us you had a new provider. After a few minutes of waiting we were told it was being referred, then that the application had been rejected. This could have caused embarrassment and possible order cancellation. The free credit offer was not the reason we used Dreams and, as I have sufficient funds, I paid for the transaction on VISA. I have checked with Experian this morning and can see no reason for the rejection. Perhaps someone could explain why my application was not accepted?
