Only because what I wanted was only available on line so although the member of staff that served me was more than helpful I couldn't try the exact product I wanted so had to take a bit of a chance that I'll be satisfied with it.

We were highly satisfied with the experience at Dreams

We were given the wrong price for the bed and mattress we wanted to purchase, when it came to ordering were then told it was £300 more than we expected..... we were about to walk out of the store feeling very unhappy but then we were offered a compromise with the price. Feeling a little bit better about the situation.

I rarely give top marks in any survey unless it was truly exceptional.

Sorry but I rarely rate 100%, however, the service was excellent and we have already recommended you to friends

I was satisfied with my experience

Not enough tils available at the time when we wanted to pay for item that’s the only reason

not highly satisfied in my opinion is good as we were satisfied with the outcome. Susan did a fantastic job of promoting the bed we bought and she was maticulus in her methods and explanation of the products.

Sales assistant failed to factor in cost of bed cover despite me making it clear at the start that was something I required.

It’s a bed shop. It’s hard to get highly satisfied. I bought a mattress.
