Only because what I wanted was only available on line so although the member of staff that served me was more than helpful I couldn't try the exact product I wanted so had to take a bit of a chance that I'll be satisfied with it.

We were given the wrong price for the bed and mattress we wanted to purchase, when it came to ordering were then told it was £300 more than we expected..... we were about to walk out of the store feeling very unhappy but then we were offered a compromise with the price. Feeling a little bit better about the situation.

not highly satisfied in my opinion is good as we were satisfied with the outcome. Susan did a fantastic job of promoting the bed we bought and she was maticulus in her methods and explanation of the products.
