Advisor was extremely knowledgeable and polite. Assisted us very well and give us all the information we asked for so we could make a informed choice in our purchase. Would defiantly recommend just wish I took his name (team valley store)

Dani the sales assistant gave fantastic sales service helping me to find the ideal mattress, very knowledgeable and helpful. Was a very hot day in store and was even offered a bottle of water. Thank you

Dani was extremely helpful from start to finish. I was shopping alone, but she made me feel comfortable when it could have easily been an awkward situation lying down and ‘getting comfortable’ in a public place. She had plenty knowledge on the mattresses and answered all my questions with total confidence. 10/10 service!

We were met with a friendly atmosphere and were impressed with the knowledge and demonstration of the sofa bed we purchased, we were offered refreshments which were gladly accepted as it was such a hot day, the lady who served us was friendly and thorough with explaining guarantees and delivery details etc, I would definitely go back to Dreams
