Had a new member of staff show us around the shop. Felt a bit awkward having to ask other more experienced members of staff questions all the time about the products as she didn’t have a clue. Got there in the end but when you’re spending over a thousand pounds you want to know your product and she had very limited knowledge and experience regarding the beds and mattresses.

We were given a price for removal of the old bed only to discover later on that it only covered the divan not the mattress. The removal of the mattress doubled the price. This wasn’t made clear when we discussed removing the old bed.

It would take some outstanding quality and service for me to mark as highly satisfied and this has maybe happen once in my life. Quality is good and the lady who served us was lovely no complaints.

The computer system was down when placing the order so I was told someone would ring me back with a delivery date later in the day which I am still waiting for someone to do!

I was satisfied with my experience at Dreams. The staff were friendly and am very happy with Susan who attended to me. She took all her time to explain everything. I which to see her again in my next visit.

Assistance was very good. Choice of mattresses and quality good. Prices high but on par with other stores. Just generally high. Delivery time reasonable as mattresses hand made but impatient to try out mattress.

I will be returning the mattress as my wife is coming out of hospital with an air mattress due to bed sores therefore the one purchased is not suitable the shop has been informed thank you
