Found sales staff a little intrusive - appreciate they were trying to help but we were approach 4 times by the same assistant within ten minutes after saying we’d like to just look first

My experience was perfect my needs hopefully met, member of staff Andria knowledgable helpful and obviously an expert in her field. I am trusting my Dreams experience will prove to be a complete dream and my new mattress and hopefully bed frame (once I decide) will not let me down. I believe there is always room for improvement otherwise Dreams will not be able to continue to supply and better the products/service in the future. Thank you for our experience today.

Our level of satisfaction remains to be seen, when we receive and try to mattress, if the choice we arrived at was the right one for us. We do have some physical discomfort issues that the new bed might help with. So obviously this was taken as a key factor in making a choice. But I was a bit concerned that we were directed to the most expensive products in store. The first choice was £1800 the next choice was £1100. After a lot of deliberation we bought the second choice. But afterwards it struck us that there might have been equally suitable mattresses at were less expensive.

I still have not received email confirmation despite text confirmation about delivery. I need not see a breakdown of everything I was paying for. The sales advisor did not make it clear about the prices of the pillows which we had bought which mad me feel ripped off.

The only thing I would say is that the prices of the extras, pillows mattress protector wasn't explained. Only realised I was charged £170 for 2 pillows. Not very impressed with this
