Overall i was happy but my appointment time was booked and i was left standing at the door. 3 members of staff just looking and then carried on dressing beds and putting pillow cases on beds without trying to assist me. Some members of staff were seeing to customers but not all. Customer service needs improvement but once i was seen too the service was good. Wait times for some mattress are far too long too wait also

Found sales staff a little intrusive - appreciate they were trying to help but we were approach 4 times by the same assistant within ten minutes after saying we’d like to just look first
