We were told a mattress would be on sale until Tues however the sale price ended Monday. The manager took our details & called us after speaking with customer service.

I was satisfied during my visit to Dreams and I am unsure why this question is being asked. The team member was very helpful which allowed us to find the mattress we needed.

No delivery date available at time of ordering. Sales person will inform when time available. Website suggested a £100 discount however this was not recognised.

I phoned as I had purchased a Tempur mattress a couple of years ago costing over £2000 and was not offered the matching tempur pillows free which is now being offered. I am happy that the sales assistant on the phone was able to get me a discount but feel disappointed with the original sales team in Southend on sea branch not being able to offer me 2 free pillows when I had spent so much money with them on a mattress. I have purchased the 2 Tempur pillows at the reduced cost of £136 but would have been happier to have received them when I orinpginally purchased my mattress.
