Brilliant service, member of staff was very helpful, listened to what I wanted and gave me options in a friendly manner. Was also great with my 2 year old son who just wanted to run around the store

WE WER SHOWED THE ADJUSTABLE BEDS AND TOLD TO PLAY AROUND WITH THEM TO MAE SURE ALL WAS COMFORTABLE ,I EXPLAINED I HAD SAW A PURCIFIC BED THEY DIDNT HAVE IN STORE SO THE SALESMAN BROUGHT IT UP ON THE COMPUTER AND SHOWED US A MATTRESS SIMILAR TO THE 1 ON COMPUTER SO WE COULD LIE ON THAT AND EXPLAINED IF MATRESS WASNT ANY GOOD ON THE 2 X 3FT AJUSTABLE BEDS WE ORDERED THAT THEY WOULD EXCHANGE IN 40DAYS ..WHICH IS GOOD AS I DO FIND A TAKE A FEW WEEKS TO GET USED TO A MATTRESS AND HAVE MADE A MISTAKE BEFORE BUT HAD TO JUST GET USED TO IT AS NO EXCHANGE IF WAS UNHAPPY...WE ALSO LIKED THE WARRENTY FOR 8 YEARS INCASE THE MECHANICS DO FAIL ON THE BED .WE KNEW WHAT WE WERE AFTER WAS IT WAS HELPED BY THE SALESMAN EXPLAINING THE BED THOUGHLY TO US WITH BEING OUR 1ST EVER PURCHASE OF ADJUSTABLE BED FOR HEALTH REASONS

the staff we're very helpful and knowledgable. They let us along to consider our options and were not pushing to make a sale. The products were clearly labelled and informative and the staff promoted us to try the beds.

The staff were really helpful and very friendly and listened to me, understood what I wanted and helped me pick out the right bed for me. My children were accommodated by friendly staff and were given a free gift that they were really chuffed with.

We originally went in looking for a mattress they were all explained in detail from comfort posture and various types to suit our needs . allowed to browse without pressure to buy we came across bed frames and those with TV buily in again fully pexplained and various choices . we bought a TV on in the end knowledge and friendly ness of the staff Tony Dawn and David the manager are a credit to the store

I have always been a lover of dreams beds so was overjoyed when your store at team valley Gateshead opened. As you can see on my order I was the very first customer. I found all staff in store extremely helpful and friendly and will be recommending this store to everyone I know.
