My husband and I went to purchase a super-king sized bed. The staff were immediately welcoming and overall we were very impressed with their attendance and helpfulness. They weren't pushy and even though the lad who assisted us was under training, he did very well - was very pleasant and up front with the fact that he was training (always having another member of staff with him). The ordering went very smoothly and even when a query came up during that (about storage options), the staff were more than willing to help with this, actually showing us the options. Overall they were very professional and at the same time, we had a good laugh with them and felt very welcomed and relaxed. When the staff got to know that my husband is a veteran, the respect they gave him was lovely to see. We would definitely recommend Dreams at Team Valley Trading Estate, Gateshead to any of our friends and family. It was one of the nicest shopping experiences I had in a long time.
