Dreams - Gateshead

As soon as we entered the store we were welcomed by helpful staff, assisting us to buy our dream bed. Great customer approach, knowledge of product was superb! Overall experience was excellent and therefore we are likely to revisit in the near future and recommend to our friends and family.

We were treated by sales assistant Gregg who was very friendly full of knowledge and gave us everything that we needed with regard to information for the purchase we were hoping to make, he was really a lovely warm and approachable assistant and gave us all the information that was required plus further information with regards to customer satisfaction and what our rights are with regards to if the goods are reduced in January sales which we are extremely pleased about and was advised that if the price of the bed or the mattress was reduced in the new year sales we would be refunded the difference which is great news or else we would not have purchased today and may have left it until then so that was great customer service. Thank you to Gregg.

The sales assistant Gregg was very friendly gave us plenty of personal time to discuss the options he gave for a new bed and mattress which was great as we hate to be badgered and followed around the store which is deffinatly off putting, Gregg had lots of knowledge and went into every aspect of each item,me even advised they would refund any difference that may occur in the January sales which was our concern buying in December rather than waiting until January. The store gave a very friendly vibe and was very welcoming, and i will deffinatly come back. So thank you for making the experience a good one, however we have not had the delivery as yet but I am sure it will be fine.

staff extremely helpful, friendly and very professional. With a good knowledge of the items bought. Ella who is only Seventeen was a credit to dreams and has a future with the company, not as a sales assistant but given the time,encouragement, and patience , management .

Was assisted by Janette who whilst new to the company was extremely friendly and welcoming. She assisted and recommended a selection of suitable beds and offers available. As the owner of a business I was extremely impressed with her service and despite having no intention of purchasing today, was so impressed I made a purchase. She is a definite credit to your company. During the purchase process she had assistance from Dave the Store Manager who was also extremely friendly and between the 2 of them made the process fun. I am a firm believer that people buy people and you have 2 fantastic staff working at this store.

Good selection of products to choose from and a very helpful and knowledgeable member of staff who helped us select a bed.

The staff were lovely and very helpful and polite and let us look around without been pushy but we're straight there when we needed help

From entering the store we were made to feel welcome but not out under too much pressure, as happens in a lot of sales stores. We were offered tea/coffee whilst browsing which was a nice touch. We knew which frame we wanted so just needed some advice about mattresses, David was very knowledgeable and was able to give us some options dependant on budget. I like to barter which doesn't always go down very well but David took this in good spirit and i feel gave us a very fair deal.

great choice of what we were looking for...assistant gregg was very helpful n knowledgable ...very easy to get along with...dreams looked like it had a lot of selection with good prices too.
