Friendly, knowledgable staff. Good sales prices. Good delivery time scales..

It was our first time visiting dreams & what I particularly liked was staff were very friendly & helpful but by no means pushy at all - which is why after leaving the store we decided not to look anywhere else and came back & purchased. David the manager at the store in the team valley Gateshead was very helpful &/honest, I particularly liked the 40 day exchange available too.

I found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. the wide range of products on display also made comparison of options available easy and resulted in me selecting the mattress I needed.

We thought that Ella, who assisted us in choosing our new bed was extremely polite, friendly and helpful and is an asset to your company.
