Friendly and professional service Felt welcome as soon as I entered store

I went into the store knowing nothing about different mattress types. The staff were friendly and were taken straight to the sleep/bed analysis machine which was great. Dani also discussed with us how we slept, what we liked/didn't like about our current mattress and showed us round our recommended mattresses. There was no pressure at all and we were allowed to test each mattress for as long as we liked as well as going back to ones we'd already tested to compare. We didn't buy on the spot as we wanted to go away and think about our 2 favourites and again there was no pressure from Dani to force us to buy that day. We came back a week later and got our top recommended mattress. It was all very easy and overall one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had.

assistant was friendly, understood our needs and applied her experience to show us enough details so were happy to place an order there and then, we had not visited any other store previous to this visit, so that says a lot.

This store is very clean, the staff are so friendly and helpful. And the technology they have for matters is outstanding

The Store colleague was patient and friendly. She listened to our requirements and provided a solution we were happy with. I wasn't planning on spending so much money however I felt reassured I was making the correct choice and receiving a premium product. I enjoyed the sleep bed comfort feature. We even purchased the pillows. A thoroughly enjoyable visit I didn't shop around in the end and purchase as quick. I hope the mattress is as enjoyable as my visit to Dreams.

Your member of staff, Dani is an absolute delight to deal with. Whilst very friendly and approachable, her product knowledge was very helpful. Although she was wearing a mask, you could tell she had a broad smile and her joyous nature was infectious. i don't know if Dreams has a team of national trainers but I can easily see Dani taking on a more corporate level role ...that type of enthusiasm is infectious and you should take advantage of it but also reward Dani to retain her skills. Let's hope your product is as good when it arrives.
