Done some research about the Tempur range before going to the store and was interested in a particular product therefore the assistant simply reassured us about the range we were interested in. However he was very helpful and knowledgeable and made us a hot drink. The pricing was competitive and I was able to secure some discount which helped.

Both my partner & myself are first time buyers, so as you can imagine we are on a bit of a budget. We went in not having a clue about what bed kind frame we wanted never mind the mattress support. But we were nicely surprised at how helpful the staff was making it a lot easier for us to chose. We are very happy all round with the service & products, we will definitely be shopping here again when it come to buying for the spare room!!

Customer Service from Anthony was really good, helped and answered all of our questions and took all the time needed to help us select and choose what we were looking for.

Tony was great, helped us from start to finish with good knowledge. We were also given a hot drink as well. 2 kids 'running' around the store were also well looked after.

Gregg and dave were very helpfull and patient didnt rush us just let us look round then came when needed and got a nice cup of coffee made for us as we thought things overall was totally good pleasant experience

During our visit we weren't hounded but there was always an employee on hand for help. We had a great deal of choice explained to us across ranges and prices. Everything we needed to make an informed choice and as a result we felt very happy with our purchase. I personally hate shopping for furniture because of the sales assistants pushing you to get their deal and following you round the shop in a creepy manor, but our visit to your store was a refreshing change. We visited several other stores in the area first and it's not hard to see why they were quiet and your store was busy
