Dreams - Gateshead

We were looking for a new bed and my husband and I were both impressed by the service we received when looking for a new bed. The service and the knowledge of the Customer Service representative were a major factor when choosing and purchasing our bed. We are now looking at purchasing a new bed for our spare bedroom and our daughter.

We had assistance very quickly after entering the store and she wasn't pushy and didn't make us feel like we had to buy the most expensive. She spent time understanding our needs and budget.

I managed to buy what I wanted with guidance there and then.

I could see what I wanted and could order straight away.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the products that i required.

Gregg served us today at the Team Valley, Dreams Store. He listened to us as to what we required and his help and advice were brilliant. Due to the fact that both my husband and myself have joint problems we were advised that a firm mattress would be best to give us the support we require and we have also gone for the Ottoman style base for storage purposes. Looking forward to 13th February when our new bed will be delivered. Thank you again Gregg excellent service. We will have no hesitation in recommending your store to our family and friends.

Having reviewed the product on-line we were interested in trying out the Tempur range of matresses. The store had a full selection of the Tempur range and the assistant provided a range of product knowledge without being too pushy. Having tried the full range we were able to make an informed decision. The administration process took a little time but the assistant provided us with coffee and was quite engaging outside of any sales pitch so overall it was a comfortable buying experience.

Was to made feel welcome, asked if we wanted a drink. Gregg our assistant was very helpful and patient
