Atention and knowledge of all of the staff.

Staff (Gregg and his colleague) very friendly, attentive and informative - couldn't do enough to help. Where given adequate time alone to consider the purchase and didn't feel pressured at any time to make a purchase.

Janette & Dave at the Team Valley were very helpful indeed. I suffer from back problems & they made suggestions & gave advice to the best of their knowledge resulting in my partner & I purchasing a very good mattress to suit my needs. They were both friendly, helpful & informative throughout our visit. Very pleased with our visit to this store.

Salesman was polite, friendly and patient as we tried to make up our mind about which bed to choose.

Craig was a pleasure to talk to. He was knowledgeable and allowed us time to try out the mattresses making sure we had refreshments. We visited twice and he made sure he had answers to our questions when we returned. He held true to the price promise and was quick and efficient when dealing with the ordering process.

We were unsure of what type of mattress we wanted but we had a price in mind. Tony came over and greeted us with a nice friendly smile and conversation. Tony asked us about our general sleep etc. And showed us some recommendations outlining the specifications. We felt no sale pressures and because of Tony's approach we decided to buy the mattress from Dreams rather than shop around as we had a number of shops we had intended to visit.
