Tony the sales man was very helpful and new the products well that's why we were happy to buy and not go to other shops

Very friendly and welcoming staff, quickly greeted and offered assistance/refreshments. Assisted by Janette - very knowledgeable, took the time to get to know my needs and guided me through sampling different mattresses to choose the correct one for me. Great sense of humour and made the experience enjoyable, especially for someone such as myself who hates shopping of any kind!

we enjoyed the friendly approach of the sales staff, we were allowed to brows with out being harassed as soon as we got in and when we needed help there was a member of staff to help out.

The sales team allowed us time to browse the shop with only a greeting before asking if we needed any help, which is what we prefer. Daniel was our sales assistant, who was extremely helpful. I felt awkward testing the beds but he put me at ease encouraging me to lie on the beds changing the demo pillows for a more suitable one for me as I have specific problems with my back and neck. Daniel was able to guide us to the bed that would suit us more. It felt like a truly personal service, we were more than happy with the service we received. Daniel is a credit to the Dreams store.
