GREAT SERVICE BY TONY, REALLY HELPFUL

The sales assistant Tony was highly knowledgable. He approached us and gave us some general information regarding the different kinds of mattress and the colour indicators used in store to convey this information. Tony then gave us the opportunity to explore the items on display without any invasive pressure to purchase remaining within the vecinity I case we required any help. Tony was friendly, courteous and spoke not only to my husband and myself but chatted with our two children which helped give us the space and time to choose our bed and mattress. When we called him over he was very knowledgable regarding all aspects of mattresses and was able to help us find our perfect product. I would like to hope our comments will be forwarded to the store and Tony himself, who made a daunting task an enjoyable experience.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The young man who served me had only been employed for 1 week yet his helpful demeanour and product knowledge were very pleasing. Very happy lady !

We were apprehensive about buying a new divan and mattress, specifically about lying on the beds and buying a suitable bed for us. The sales person made us feel very much at ease and guided us through all the makes and kinds of mattresses. He then went on to explain what and why he thought specific mattresses would be suitable, encouraging us to try several options. His knowledge and understanding of the merchandise was commendable resulting in a purchase of divan bed.

The assistant Gregg at the Team Valley Retail Park Store was really conversant with the product we finally bought. He was courteous at all times and explained things in great detail. It was a pleasure to talk to him and made for a very satisfactory customer experience.

My wife and I were keen to buy a new bed but had struggled in other stores. As soon as we arrived in the store we were made to feel most welcome. Our Dream Colleague Dawn got to grips with our needs very quickly and recommended a number of products for us to test. She didn't rush us though, giving us time to consider the options and even making us both a cup of coffee to make us feel at home. When we had made up our minds and it was time to make a purchase, Dawn covered everything we needed to know and then arranged a delivery date which suited us very well. Great service all around.
