The young guy, Liam was friendly and approachable, listened to what I was after and gave me all the options available. Even supplied me with a pillow I used at home to try when testing the mattresses, give me time to have a look around and decide what I wanted. Store manager was also friendly and offers me and my partner a drink.

Was assisted by Donnie and he was extremely knowledgable about the products. He enabled me to make a choice I was happy without aggressively selling to me.

From the minute we arrived and were offered a tea or coffee, we felt welcomed and supported. The lady who helped us took plenty of time with us without pressurising us to help us make our choice.

We knew exactly what we where looking for when visiting the store in team valley Gateshead. Both Liam and dawn the associates that helped us with our order where great, kept us at ease and made everything easy.

The Team Valley store was the first store we visited to learn about the stock and prices. Initially we were impressed with the clean appearance and ease of access of the premises but when approached by Janette, our initial thoughts were upgraded by her knowledge of the products and her friendliness. We had a look at other companies nearby, but realised that none were comparable in any way to Janette and Dreams. So we went back and bought a bed. After our first nights sleep we are sure we made the right choice.
