After viewing the website I entered the store knowing exactly what I wanted, I liked the fact I wasn't pressured into viewing anything different this made the experience alot easier and smoother for me

I called into Dreams just to browse for a new mattress. The Dreams sales consultant was so informative of the huge range available and by seeing my reactions to the various mattresses I tested she guided me to the perfect one for me. I decided to purchase it on the spot. The service was outstanding. I will definitely return for further purchases when requires.
