Sales person was Dawn...she was very friendly greeting us as we walked in with a pleasant welcome to Dreams.

Very friendly and attentive staff and very helpful when showing the variates of mattress available to aid us with understanding which mattress was best suited to our needs.

This was my first visit to a dreams store, I was here today looking for 2 beds and only had a vague idea of what I was looking for, I was very impressed to find I was allowed to browse round the whole store with the salesman only telling me he was at the desk if I needed his help. When I had picked some beds and frames I liked I asked Iain (visiting from a Dundee store) for help and he was very keen to do so. He listened exactly to my needs and showed me beds and frames he thought would be to my specification. He also spent a lot of time with me in choosing the perfect mattress even though this meant trying nearly every one in the store - he remained enthusiastic the whole time. He also even went out of his way to carry my chosen mattress onto the frame I had chosen so I would know exactly how it would feel at home and even brought different bedside tables next to the frame so I would know exactly what matches . I have never had service like this before and I think that Iain deserves recognition for his knowledge, enthusiasm and his willingness to go that extra mile for his customers. I would recommend friends and family to dreams and certainly to Iain!!

The gentleman who assisted us (Ian Scottish fellow from Dundee branch) was exceptional. He dealt with our needs professionally and then proceeded to work with us to meet our budget. He kept to his word throughout and was very courteous.
