Member of staff was very knowledgable and not pushy.

I was welcomed by a happy lady janette, who offered me a coffee whilst I was browsing which was very welcoming as i had just finished work and in need of one. She helped me with my selection and was also knowledgable about the products. Great asset.

Janette's product knowledge was second to none. She patiently explained the different types of mattresses and allowed us to lay down on each type and get very comfortable in order to evaluate each one. We were with kids on the day and the coffee, tea and biccies were a great touch! As was the Tempur display bed along with a video presentation which served as a great distraction for the kids while the adults could make a well informed decision about which bed, mattress and headboard to take home. Great stuff!

We were welcomed into the store and how the store works was explained to us. The staff helped us pick which mattress would best suit us whilst encouraged to try a range to compare. We were also encouraged to spend as long as we wished on the mattress to be sure on comfort level. We were offered cups of tea and a range of pillows to try with the mattress. The staff also helped us pick out a bed frame. Could not want better staff to help us pick a bed! Brilliant service.
