Fantastic customer service from start to finish, I got my disabled son a new bed, delivering timescale is great for us. Cannot fault the sales team on add on sales although this time I didn’t need anything else.

Steph did a great job looking after us and helped us make the decision to buy a Tempur mattress. Her approach was helpful and informative without be pushy and overtly sales driven - which we appreciated. We would certainly recommend her to our family/friends.

Andrea was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She did not try to pressure us into buying unsuitable products. She guided our decision making process by being informative and supportive.

The sales person was extremely helpful, didn’t rush us in our purchase and was able to answer any questions we had.

We we able to find a mattress which was suitable for us fairly quickly and at an agreeable price. Andria was very helpful indeed

The assistant was very attentive and listened to the issues my daughter has with sleep. He took time to show us a variety of options and even gave her a pillow to use so she could get totally comfortable. Even though she thought she knew what she wanted, he was able to talk to her knowledgeably about her options.
