My card was rejected by the machine, the gentlemen serving us gave us time to sort the issue and were patient until we found a solution.

Store was very busy as it was bank holiday but i was seated to wait for an available computer to order my goods. I was asked if i would like a drink but i declined. I visited the store a number of times and every time the staff are delightfully friendly and non pressuring to sell which makes a change from pushy staff.

I think the store should have signs from the roof like supermarkets saying fitness of the beds, making it easier to see all the beds in that range. Also that the 8 year warranty only applies if you take out cover which costs extra than the price shown. A leaflet explaining the different type of beds and suitability should be given to all customers. We visited twice. After the first visit did a lot of research online. Didn't really understand until that point.

My wife & I had searched on the dreams web site for a new mattress, and we made a choice of a mattress that we thought would be suitable for us. We decided to go and make the order at the nearest Dreams store. We were immediately greeted by an assistant, and because we knew what we feel we wanted, we were shown a mattress, not exactly the one we had seen on the web site, as it was not on the shop floor, but with the same specifications. After testing the mattress, we came to the conclusion that it was not really suitable. We were then shown a mattress a little firmer, and it was perfect for us. The information given about the product and the delivery time was again perfect for us. Well pleased.
