Dreams - Gateshead

We were approached within a few minutes on entering the store, we were asked if we needed any help. We told the member of staff, Gregg what we were looking for and he advised us on the best way to go about it. We found the bed we were looking for but needed help on looking for a mattress. He gave us the chance to try a few out to find what would be best suited to us. He was with us for ages, talking through every mattress. He was very well informed.

We researched the two products we were after on the Internet before going to the shop so we're easily found in store by the guy who assisted us

The salesman was very attentive gave us expert advice. He was friendly and made the experience relaxing by allowing us time to consider options without pressurising us into any decision. Comfort needs were met by offering refreshments.

The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. They found me exactly what I was looking for .The customer service was excellent.

We weren't pounced upon when we arrived and were allowed to try beds before we were approached. The manager was very understanding and assisted us to buy two beds, one for us and one for the guest room. We even tried the mattress we had selected for our main bed on an ottoman bed, to feel the difference. We stuck with the base that the mattress had been made for.
