my husband and i are in our seventies and we found your staff member liam was very helpful friendly give us plenty time to ask questions so we found what we wanted the delivery dates were good and we felt we could go back if we had any problems which we are sure we will not i have already recomended your shop to family and friends we were also impressed by the rest of the staff in the shop they all seemed to be people friendly which makes all the difference

The visit was very efficient and easy,we felt at total ease with the visit

Assistant was very good with my 14 year old son who the mattress was for. He was included in the whole process.

Contacted store by telephone and was told items would be on display and the best assistant to ask for regarding product knowledge. Visited store today for a look and advise the staff Janette and David where very attentive and made my 86 year old mam feel special. They knew the products extremely well and therefore a look turned into a purchase. So nice to meet staff with a sense of humour and the ability to understand customer needs. Thank you both Jeanette and David and we will let you know how we get on after delivery.

Friendly and reliable service

We were greeted very quickly upon entering the store and were directed to the appropriate part of the store upon specifying the type of bed required. We were offered drinks during our time instore and were shown into the cubicle where I was able to test out one of the beds so that I could experience what it was like to have an adjustable bed. We were then talked through the different styles on offer and the sizes available, and once I had selected the model we were then taken back to the desk to go through the sales process, where we were offered another drink while we went through all the details, this was a detailed process but we were talked through it in a way that made sure we understood everything.

I had been in days previously, to look around and get some ideas for bedroom furniture. I was impressed with staff attitude and how they didn't seem to hound me/ stalk me around the store. They were very friendly and helpful, but left me to my own devices. I found them very approachable because of this and this made me choose Dreams over another company.

Took time to listen to our requirements and made good suggestions without being pushy or trying to sell us items that we didn't need.

The gentlemen who looked after us was friendly efficient and helped us in our decision for our needs, he knew exactly what to show us and knew all the products inside out we came home very happy with the service he gave us and couldnt believe the quick delivery as we had looked at other shops and the waiting time was up to 1 month. We will deffinitely recommed your store to our freinds and family, it was also nice to speak to someone who seemed to enjoy his job . We are so excited to recieve our goods next week, and was told by this gentlemen if we were not happy about anything to go back and he would sort anything out we needed.
