Janette, the sales assistant understood our needs immediately, and didn't try to sell us anything that we didn't want. Very informative rather than salesy.

No pressure from salesman, patient with allowing us to lay on multiple beds for comfort. Brought several pillows to try as well.

The assistant had extensive knowledge of his products. Although I consider myself as being a rather fussy customer, this did not phase the assistant and he still helped us find the mattress we wanted.

Dave was very knowledgeable about the products in the store and explained about the different mattresses on offer. He was very patient with us as we took time to choose our new mattress.

A Very knowledgable, friendly, non pushy member of staff helped us to choose or bed by discussing or needs and talking us through possible options, giving us plenty of time to try out and consider these.

Tony was excellent. He was very attentive and was very honest with his recommendations. The price was good and he secured us free delivery as we had originally seen the mattress in Benson's for Beds. He was extremely easy to talk to, wasn't pushy at all, and was also excellent with our 2 year old.

My girlfriend and I have just purchased our first home so bed shopping is completely new to us. Janette and Dave spent a lot of time understanding our needs, they were highly knowledgeable on the different products and were not trying to push us to spend more money on more expensive options, highlighting the availability of the 40 day comfort guarantee as a reason for us not needing to spend more initially. In the end we went for the more expensive option and were very happy with the deal that they were able to do for us. We have already recommended Dreams to family and friends and will continue to do so in future.
