Greg could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable about the Tempur products or understanding. He was excellent.

Staff were friendly and approachable. Sometimes staff in furniture stores are pushy and trying to get the next sale, but here I just felt that the staff wanted to help and didn't feel pressured into buying the mattress.
