I FOUND THE ASSISTANT WAS ABLE TO HELP WITH MY REQUEST WITH THE PRODUCT I WAS LOOKING FOR. AS I AM A DISABLED PERSON MY NEEDS WERE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT WITHOUT IT HAVING TO BE A PROBLEM LOOKING FOR THE NEW PRODUCT.

Our assistant Janette was very helpful in helping us chose the perfect bed!

Explained what I needed mid price for bed only used 4 times a year when family come. Was not pressured to have more expensive one.

excellent service from the young assistant, cannot give highest mark yet for the goods as we have not yet received them

On our first visit to dreams(3.5.2016) Liam served us gave lots of information about the beds wewere interested in he was the most pleasant , young man , with good knowlege of products .On the 4.5.2016 we returned to dreams , had a look again at the beds that interested us, this time we were served by David , again we recieved good service and made our perchase .

we were pleased with the way the staff did not pressure us into buying the product, the made us feel relaxed, gave lots of info about the product, very friendly, and we hope that the beds are the right ones for us. ps. answer to question earlier no goods arrived until june

when I explained to the sales staff what I was looking for they were spot on with there knowledge and explained each item to me I was very relaxed with the lady who served me she was very pleasant and I was mad to feel relaxed and not rushed and I was able look around before I was asked if I was looking fir anything in particular all I can say is iv already told my friends about Dreams Team Valley and if and when I need another Bed or Mattress I will definitely go back there

Dawn the assistant was very knowledgable and extremely helpful. She advised us but did not push us into a quick purchase. Dawn encouraged us to revisit the products and allowed us plenty time to make our decision.

I felt comfortable trying out the different mattresses and I felt the assistant, Gregg, listened to what we wanted. What we opted for is extremely comfortable. It is very expensive but that was because we chose the top of the range. I could have got something similar a bit cheaper on the net but I feel you need to actually see and feel the mattress which is something you can do in store. Very satisfied with my experience.
