Denise was friendly, informative and helpful without being too pushy. We felt very relaxed with her and were able to make a choice having tried out many matteresses and with full knowledge of the benefits and support available

The products we bought were excellent value for money. We were there to buy the bed frame and mattress, but Gregg who attended us is a very happy and friendly staff, has patience go through things that we need to go along with the new bed such as duvet and fitted sheet. We also managed to get a further discount. Thanks to Gregg and the Store Manager for their quick and efficient service. We will recommend friends to buy from Dreams.

This was my second visit to the store and the salesperson Liam recognise me which is always nice. He remembered the product I was interested in so I decided to purchase the product. Overall I was very happy with the service I received.

Gregg was friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. I was looking to buy a bed base and headboard he showed me all the products available, I didn't feel pressure, he gave me time to make a decision. All staff in the store were friendly and helpful. Absolutely over the moon was made so at ease tried the beds and the pod was really good the staff that helped me were like my friend so friendly and helpful real nice people so I will defiantly be back in the future for more products

My husband and I went shopping for a Tempur mattress. Lauren came to help us and advise us on all of the available options. She was incredibly helpful and extremely pleasant. We will definitely keep Dreams in mind if we need to purchase anything further. We were also very impressed that the store also sold bedding and we ended up buying some of those too.

I was assisted in my purchase by your colleague Gregg. He explained the different features of the various types of mattress and seemed to know what he was talking about. He helped me choose a good item based on the information I provided and he gave me a good price range to choose from. Excellent customer service, and with a pleasant and helpful approach. Not at all pushy, which is something I find very off-putting - Greg was happy to give me facts and prices to suit my need and let me choose what I wanted. He also offered to carry the mattress out to my car, for which I was very grateful as it was fairly heavy. Other companies could learn a lot from Dreams... Every store needs a Gregg!!

A lovely assistant called Denise who incidently is quite new "she said" listened to my needs explained the various options and advised me on the best product I was looking for.I would definately recommend the store and the assistant to my family and friends. You do not get such good service in many shops these days and it was a refreshing experience.xThe manager of the store was also very efficient.
