Dreams - Gateshead

Very very excellent sales man was very patient with us .

Both of our sales people (Beth & Dawn) were absolutely helpful. Without both their help and insight knowledge we would have not purchased anything at all.

The colleague that helped us at Dreams was called Denise and she was very helpful, polite and accommodating to our needs. She welcomed us as soon as we walked in and explained how the store works. She took us directly to what we wanted (tempur mattresses) and also was very quick and yet efficient in everything she did to get our order to the way we wanted. We were highly satisfied for this reason and would highly recommend her.

We purchased a new bed with ease which is what we wanted, job done!

After a long search for a decent TV bed, we ended up at Dreams on the Team Valley Gateshead. This is 1 of those places where you can buy good quality furniture of good brand at a low price. The salesman who helped was Tony was really nice and greeted us almost immediately, he was very helpful and kind! He helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and at a great price, too! Very knowledgable about the product line they carry, polite but casual, soft spoken and we didn't feel forced. (don't forget I spent over an hour there because I was so indecisive and he was patient with me the whole time. Overall, it was a good experience and I'd come back to them again. Hopefully the delivery will be just as good in June.

I really am satisfied with every aspect of my visit. This is the second bed we've purchased from the same store in 4 months, both times have been great. Good knowledge from the store assistants, good range, good price, availability etc..

The staff were helpful but not pushy.

The assistant - Denise, assessed my needs very quickly and helped me find the mattress that I needed. I was even given a cup of tea during my visit

Janette our advisor was very helpful and took time to discuss things with us. The deal we came to was great and exactly what we wanted. We weren't pressurised into buying either.
