Gregg was very helpful and knowledgeable. He spent time with us showing us the different products whilst explaining the merits of each. This allowed us to make an informed decision regarding the items purchased.

it was the first we have visited Dreams store i had seen the TV ad many time,s and i knew they was a sale on ,Liam was the assistant who looked after us and he was very good and expanded all about the the beds and mattress and how they were displayed around the store and we were offered a hot drink,he did not crowd us but was there if a question was to be answered yes we will go back again.

Janette was very knowledgeable about the products and providing us with solid advice about the mattresses that we looked. Her guidance made the process very simple for us and we were particularly grateful that she listened to our requirements and was not pushy or aggressive in her manner. Excellent service.

Tony was very friendly and informative, but not pushy. We didn't feel at any time that we were being forced into a sale. He was extremely patient as we kept changing our minds. He also has a good sense of humour which really helps put customer at ease.

Previous to visit to dreams we looked in Bensons for beds we felt like we were getting products pushed on us so we left and visited dreams we were left to browse but maid aware that there was customer service if needed we thought was nice We bought this bed from dreams with the money we got from our wedding on the 21.5.16 we thought it was a nice touch will definitely visit again in future

We were greeted and welcomed straight away. Our various needs were listened to and understood and the explanations of the products were very clear. Time was also spent helping us consider some future purchases and we appreciated the advice and options given. Overall we were highly satisfied with the visit and the staff were particularly friendly and knowledgeable.
