Dreams - Gateshead

It was a pleasure to visit this Dreams store. Dave the manager could not have been more helpful, from explaining the Temperature mattress system to the final sale.

We were able to find a mattress that suited us. The customer service was excellent - Janette was knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. She was able to recommend products based on our feedback and needs. Colour coding of the products made the store easier to navigate. Other staff we encountered were very friendly.

Gregg the Salesman was extremely helpful and professional. Good range of products.

Denise was very helpful on the visit and helped us pick what we wanted and the price was brilliant. A big thank you to Denise.

The assistant Gregg was most helpful and informative and friendly and we a great knowledge of the product he ensured we had a trial of the full range of beds available and did not push us into purchasing what we didn't need.

Staff were very friendly and they spent time getting to know what my needs were and showing me which products would be best for what I wanted.

Was impressed with the quality and the friendly member of staff who assisted me it felt effortless in purchasing the bed wasn't hassled by staff just left alone until I was ready excellent

Sales assistant was very knowledgeable, polite and extremely helpful. I did not feel as though I was being pushed into a decision and, as I could not make my mind up she was very patient and explained the difference between the two products. The sales assistant left me for about 15 minutes so that I could try out the two products before making a decision. Once I made the decision she gave me yet more information on my chosen product and further information on my 2nd choice product. I did not know the price of my favourite choice and it was not my intention to spend as much. When I explained this to her she offered me an alternative product, made by the same manufacturer. In the end I stuck with my original choice. I was taken over to the pay desk and given a cup of coffee whilst I sorted out the payments for the goods, this is when I encountered a problem with my credit details. The issue was sorted out in a calm and efficient manner, without fuss or embarrassment. Well done to your sales team.

My wife and I purchased a super king TV bed on Monday. We would like to go on record and say this was one of the most pleasant customer service experiences we have ever had. The assistant 'Janette' listen to our needs attentively and basically made our goals happen. Originally just wanting the bed we also left with a mattress and two pillows, but we were more than happy to do so due to the nature of the service we were receiving and the goods were of an absolute high standard. We really couldn't recommend the service enough and we will be telling as many people as possible who are in the same market. Many Thanks

The help we received was excellent and i would have no problem in recommending the store to friends and family, the salesperson (Janette) was really helpful and we purchased everything we were looking for, I can not speak highly enough of the staff and the manager of the store.
