From first stepping in to the shop we were made to feel very welcome and given plenty of time to look around with no pressure from the staff.

We were approached quite quickly on entering the store and Andrea was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us select the right mattress for us. The whole service was great

I can honestly say the service I received from Dani in the Gateshead branch was the best customer service I've ever received. She spent a good 30 mins with us, walking us through the dreams machine, and the various mattresses it had recommended. She was polite, friendly, extremely knowledgeable but also not pushy, which was very much appreciated. I genuinely hadn't intended to make the purchase when I did, as Dream's was the first shop we had looked at. But because of Danis great service we placed an order before leaving. I'll definitely always come back to Dreams and will recommend it to my family too.
