Andrew at Gateshead gave excellent service. i visited the store by my self in the morning then returned later with my husband. The surprise on Andrew's face went i went over to him to speak with him again was priceless. I /we had all the best advise given with ease and experience. Nothing was too much trouble. The whole sales experience from entering to leaving the store yesterday was happy and and excellent atmosphere everything flowed well throughout. Thank you Gateshead for outstanding service, no doubt we will return.

Easy process from start to finish making it seamless and straight forward. It helped especially as I had children along with me!

Myself and my partner are quite young customers and usually get ignored when we enter shops to purchase items such as home furnishing as it tends to be a shock that we own a property. Sue who worked in the team valley’s dream shop came and assisted us straight away. She asked lots a questions to find what we were looking for and made sure we got the right mattress for the both of us. Sue made sure that during payment we were comfortable and made us a cup of coffee. She never pressured us into buying the additional extras but did an amazing job in explaining the benefits of them all

We visited the Gateshead store 3 times while trying to decide which bed was best for us, and each time we dealt with Dani who was lovely, helpful and very knowledgeable about the products

The store assistant in Gateshead was Dani, she was extremely helpful and friendly and made it very easy and enjoyable to find exactly what we were looking for. We would without doubt recommend anyone wanting to shop in that store to ask for her.
