it was a pleasure to shop in the store, everything about our visit was first class. the sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful.

This was the first time I have shopped in Dreams. The salesperson was quick to offer his services and was very knowledgeable about the specific bed I wanted to buy. When asked about delivery time he went out of his way to find out for me and assured me my bed would definitely be delivered on time. He was very sociable and the shop itself was well organised and clean.

Danielle and the team carried the mattress from the store room and set it up on a bed for my wife and I to try. They could not have been more friendly offering us drinks etc. We were given pillows to take from beb to bed to make sure we found the mattress to suit our needs. Excellent service.

Customer service was courteous and informative without being over bearing. She was patient and listened to what we wanted after we gave her our budget to purchase a double mattress. We mentioned possible up-grade to a kingsize bed and there was no problem with us going away to think about it, which we did. In fact we returned the next morning with a revised budget to purchase the kingsize bed and were delighted to have delivery and 2 draws in the divan as part of the package. Very happy, thank you Denise.

The lady who served me took me through all possibilities for a new mattress. Without feeling rushed or pressured. I was offered coffee and my little one was entertained during the visit. A relaxing shopping trip with a successful purchase at the end whilst being spoken to with respect and without judgement. Fantastic!

Quick and efficient service

The staff were very helpful, the lady who helped us was very happy with how long it was taking us to decide on which bed I wanted to buy. We viewed many beds online and dreams called us saying what a bed would be on the shop floor so we could see it before placing an order. Very happy with the service and would definitely use this company again.
