Saw what I wanted soon as I walked in shop,assistant came straight over,brilliant staff & service,

The young man was pleasant and helpful and he gave excellent customer service,he knew exactly what i needed and that made a huge difference with my purchace,highly recommended

It's a long time since I bought a mattress and I was pleased and surprised to learn how things and technology has moved on. I felt very comfortable entering the store where I was met by Jayne who put me more at ease. Did not give me any hard sell. In fact I felt I was talking to a friend. We even had a laugh as I tested out beds. She was very patient and answered my questions at a level I understood. She was also aware of my budget restrictions (something I very rarely reveal) and went to lengths to get me a good deal. My order was placed with speed and efficiency giving me a delivery date to suit me. I left the store on a high feeling that I had bought a good product. Today I have taken delivery of the mattress and really can't wait to go to bed. It's an early night for me. Well done Dreams and a big Thank you to your staff.
