Excellent and helpful customer service. Danielle took time to help us and was thoroughly professional.

The store manager, David, approached us immediately we entered the store. He listened carefully to our needs, walked us around the appropriate goods on display. The bedframe we bought was not on show, so he showed us online. He was respectful and courteous at all times.

Danielle the assistant was excellent. She made us coffee while we browsed the beds and advised us on which beds were suitable for our needs. The children we had with us were kept entertained in the little bed pod which was a blessing.

Every one we dealt with was ultra friendly , knowledgeable but also not pushy in the least.We were given every courtesy whilst Denise made sure we got what we needed as well as what we thought we wanted. All this topped off with a cracking good cup of coffee

Attentive and willing to go above and beyond to get the right products. Kept the store open past closing time and never once tried to hurry to a conclusion.

the sales assistant was very helpful, spent a lot of time with us and didn't make you fell pressured into buying anything straight away (even made us a cup of tea)

There were so many beds to chose from we didn't know where to start but the assistant (Liam) was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful also very patient, it made it so much easier to chose. We went away to think about it and when we returned today it was Liam's day off but a lady called Denise helped us and placed our order. She also was very friendly and helpful. This made choosing a bed so much easier.

The staff was really patient and professional. Denise was a lovely lady who knew what she was talking about and helped me in my search for the perfect mattress. The manager Mr Cummings was also lovely and very helpful.

Gregg the man in your team valley shop came straight up to offer assistance and certainly knew his products we were offered a drink and said I would not by the first bed I tried and that's exactly what I did as it was just what I wanted from an adjustable bed in fact I ordered two another one for my husband as well a most enjoyable experience the staff are excellent

The dreams colleague was very helpful from the moment we went into the shop,and helped us in every he could in choosing a new bed. Every thing was explained very well about guarantees and the like. All in all it was a very good days shopping at dreams
