The overall service friendliness and to put it the overall willingness to help was amazing I was even feeling a little over heated by a hot flush (age thing )and they were quick to give me a seat and a cold drink well done Nanette .

From the moment we walked into the store, the advisor helped us through our mattress selection. She started by explaining the different types of mattresses and the colour coding system. Once we found a type that we liked, she went through the different mattresses within the category (all budgets) and we thought she was very friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up choosing a kingsize tempur mattress. She then took the time to explain the various payment options. We always bought mattresses online but the whole experience was very much more enjoyable and we would recommend it.

From walking into.the store we we greated by fab staff who.were very helpful and proffesional. We were helped in.getting the best to.suit oyr needs Janette who was the lady the helped us was very nice polite and was not pushy into getting a sale But helped us to.deceide what was best for us
