Staff were knowledgeable and friendly, not pushy. Decent range and layout

Previously shopped at Dreams in another location some years ago, and wanted the same mattress again. Janette was knowledgeable about the mattresses available and encourage me to try a number of different ones

The Assistant, Gregg, was very helpful, explaining the benefits of all the different types of mattress, took interest in back/health problems and made recommendations, the cup of tea he made was much appreciated by my husband. The store itself was clean,bright and well laid out and all the staff were helpful and friendly.

Danielle who dealt with my order was very helpful & friendly, especially understanding with my crying 2 year old aswel which made the experience much better! All the staff were helpful with each other when asking each other any questions about certain aspects of the order. Will return to dreams soon for my child's bigger bed! Thanks again.

Efficient setup

From the moment we walked in, Jannette was great with us....not too pushy but was there throughout to help us with our queries. She was lovely and was one of the reasons we purchased on the day.

Gregg was very pleasant and knowledgable.

Everything explained clearly - ability to find the perfect mattress trying out different types and comfort.
