Excellent product knowledge and friendly staff member, Tony, from the Gateshead, Team Valley Store. We eventually went for a Tempur mattress for our current divan and a mattress and ottoman divan set in the Tempur range. Price was MUCH more than we had anticipated paying however the quality and 10 year guarantee on the mattresses gives us peace of mind that this is should last the test of time when other well known bed manufactures have failed. The store colleague explained that the mattress would never need turning or rotating and once in place it would be as good in 10 years as on the first day (hence guarantee). Sweet Dreams!

Non pushy but very informative salesperson (Tony).

The service woman - Denise - was extremely helpful and made our overall experience very good. It is due to her customer service skills that I will return to Dreams in the future. Which will be in the near future as we are looking to purchase a further bed later in the year

Very Prompt greeting, Sales assistant spent time understanding my needs, explained the items i had saw online and was shown these. The assistant then up sold me a better mattress which was a good idea as cheap isnt always best.
