nice clean store friendly helpfull staff . good product range

The lady that helped us had a lot of knowledge and New what she was talking about and spent time with us trying different mattresses until we found the one for us we left the store to look at other stores but soon came back the lady was busy with other customers when we went back but came over to see if we were ordering the products and got someone else to place our order while she went back to her new customers

I was approached my a very welcoming member of your Gateshead, Team Valley staff, Denise who asked if I had been to your store before and if I would like assistance. I did and Denise was very knowledgeable of the different products and how they might meet my needs. She asked me questions in a very helpful and curious way so as to match my needs with the products. She encouraged me to try thr products, giving me time to do so. Her approach was not intrusive, I felt valued and I easily warmed to her and trusted in her support so as to get what was best for me. Denise was friendly, pleasant, warm, engaging, attentive and appropriately humorous. An excellent sales assistant!! With Denise's support I found a task I wasn't particularly looking forward to more pleasant. I bought additional items which I hadn't thought of before I entered the store. Thank you Denise for your service and attention to detail, it is much appreciated!

The store was immaculate and easily set out in order to shop frames and mattresses. The staff were amazing; kind, helpful and knowledgable. Great deals in store, fantastic value for money.

Friendly and approachable staff. Good range. Easy to sort things out. Shame that delivery options are limited and it takes a couple of weeks to deliver items.
