Jannette the lady who dealt with us was very friendly on arrival and was quick to direct us to the products we were looking for. Her product knowledge was excellent and she wasn't pushy for the sale. She gave us time to chat, think about things and discuss together. We are very satisfied with our purchases and we're pleased with the shop experience!

I was assisted with my choice by Gregg. I found him very knowledgeable about all the mattresses I asked about. He was very pleasant and was able to give me as much time as I needed without any pressure. He had all the information but did say ultimately the choice was mine as to what I was comfortable with. I cannot praise him enough for his help & patience

Friendly staff

From start to finishes "Denise " the sales person was lovely. She really knew what she was talking about. She also wasn't a pushy sales person which I hate . The previous time I went shopping there the sales person was really pushy and you could tell he just wanted a sale . So that's why I did not make a purchase on that occasion . Denise is a credit to the store . Her customer service was and is should I say is "first class ".

Nice, friendly, accommodating staff, who had excellent product knowledge, and who were very willing to spend time and effort in helping choose pur new mattress. They were even willing to stay late, though we I'd try not to let that happen, amazing service.

Being a young couple going to shop for your first home people often expect you to go for the cheapest option, Denise didn't. We headed straight over to the TV beds which we knew we wanted, she came over and explained the difference between the three of them. We also wanted a mattress. She took us through all ranges of prices and we settled on a one that was brilliant. She showed us every option. She even did us a deal on some pillows which was amazing of her and her manager, Greg. She didn't assumed we would have to pay the minimum monthly payments, she worked with what we knew was the best option for us and most importantly, didn't judge us by our age. Denise was so lovely and helpful, offered us a drink as it was the hottest day of the year! no one hassled us when looking, they were just genuine and helpful.

I found instore the bed I saw online. I have been able to try it and compare it to similar products across the floor. The assistance was very helpful and efficient.

Gregg showed us all the different mattresses and explained what the benefits would be of each one. He was friendly and quickly arrange the finance.
